With a focus on quality of movement rather than quantity, you’ll be taken through a simple, effective and technique based class where you will learn the basic principles of Pilates movement. This is the ideal daytime class to take if you are new to Pilates and want to learn the basics, or if you just want to continue your Pilates journey at a slow and steady level and focus more on developing your technique.
