As the title suggests this class focuses on the technique, so it is ideal for prehab, rehab and anyone who prefers a slower paced but equally effective workout. An ideal starting point for beginners as well as a great way to get to grips with the exercises and learn more about how your body moves. It’s also more intense than the flow class so works really well for those that would like to perfect their knowledge and technique.
