Rachel is certified by The Centre For Womens Fitness as a specialist in Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Diastasis Recti Recovery and Pelvic Floor Health. So be assured you are in the safest of hands. Over the years, Rachel has helped dozens of women through their pregnancies and post birth recovery.
Rachel knows that this can be a challenging time, both mentally and physically (as well as logistically!) so she now dedicates time in her busy schedule solely for Pre and Postnatal clients. This is a new flexible approach which gives you the benefit of bespoke and personalised attention based on your particular body's needs, in a small group setting - effectively private tuition.
In the Private Equipment Studio at the Hogarth Health Club in Chiswick, Rachel will teach small groups with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 3. The Pilates equipment in the studio is perfect for the specific requirements of Pre and Postnatal women, and the dynamic of this intimate group will enable Rachel to give personal, one-to-one attention to each client.
Classes will last 55 minutes and will cost £35 per person. It is scheduled for Thursdays at 6pm.

This class is designed specially to help women develop the strength and flexibility needed to cope with their changing bodies during pregnancy. Pilates is a safe and effective way to exercise during this special time in a woman’s life. The exercises are modified to help prepare the body for birth, as well as to give a feeling of calm, empowerment and wellbeing. In addition, the class also includes special exercises to help meet the physical demands of being a new mum.
