PURE PILATES - LEVEL 2 & 3

Going back to the Pilates roots, this class will utilise the traditional exercises to increase your core strength, stamina and flexibility. You’ll see an improvement in muscle tone as well as getting a fitter, healthier body. Plus I’ll be adding some of the more unusual Pilates exercises to keep you on your toes! This class will suit people with a good fitness level wanting to move to the next level and challenge themselves further.
