To make it easier to decide I have created a level system to help you to make an informed choice before signing up for a class.

If you are completely new to Pilates or Pop to the Barre the best place to start, regardless of your current fitness level, is with one of my introductory courses. Pilates is not just another form of exercise. It has a very specific approach to breathing, muscle control and mind/body awareness. Pop to the Barre is a mix of conditioning exercises, dance and Pilates. In order to ensure that you can properly benefit from our classes, we suggest learning the technique with an introductory workshop or starter for 3. Once you have taken one of the Absolute Beginners courses, or if you have previously practiced Pilates either with me or another teacher, then one of the following is for you.

This level is for experienced beginners, those returning to Pilates after a break, and those looking to move up to intermediate level whilst continuing to work at a moderate pace. The class will have more challenging moves for those that want to try them, as well as offering modifications for those not quite ready to take the next step.

At this level you will also be offered options to increase the challenge to enhance your sports performance and flexibility.
