We run regular workshops throughout the year which combine nutrition and Pilates based fitness, our hosts are award winning Pilates and dance teacher Rachel Lawrence and renowned nutrition and well-being specialist Ali Prentice. Subjects include balancing your hormones and combatting the effects of the menopause, detoxification, revitalisation and renewal, and shaping up for summer.
We team up with local wellbeing suppliers to bring you the best products available in these workshops, and have been sponsored by As Nature Intended, Tri Dosha, PAI and Westlab to name but a few.

Our next workshop will be ‘Sleep Well & Be Well’ and will be held on the 7th of October. In this workshop you will learn why it is so important to get a good night's sleep, and we will show you how you can achieve this through diet and exercise.
We also run follow up consultations of 30 mins at the end of each new workshop, to enable attendees to check their progress and get further bespoke advice from the previous workshop (you do not have to attend the current workshop for this - it can be booked alone for £20) :
