Introduction

A UK-wide stress survey by The Mental Health Foundation has found that almost three quarters of adults (74%) have at some point over the past year felt so stressed they felt overwhelmed or unable to cope. Stress has become the No.1 disease of our time and with lives increasingly busier with technology we are moving further away from our natural selves. Stress can affect your health, your thoughts, your feelings and behaviour, it can make it hard to make any decisions as well as cause sleepless nights and constant worry.

 

This one day workshop will help you get back to YOU. Through a combination of mindful movement, nutritional advice and a life-coaching session you will learn how to cope with stress so your mind and body reap the benefits of a calmer, happier you.

 

The Day Includes…

Welcome Drinks and Reception at our beautiful space on the beach front.

De-stress Pilates Movement class - for all levels

2 Nutrition Sessions – How your diet can contribute to less stress, including dietary stressors to avoid, practical tips for low stress food preparation and hassle-free meal times. Find out the best healthy and calming comfort foods and snacks. Learn how to soothe your cortisol levels and transition from stressed to calm.

A delicious healthy lunch overlooking the sea or take it as a picnic on the beach.    

Life-Coaching Session- life goals and happiness with a focus on you and your purpose, giving you the space to reflect on what is really important to you.  On this journey explore your values, your motivation, the perceived threats that cause stress and a method of releasing them through acceptance and understanding.

An energising Pilates class to boost your happy hormones and show you how exercise can contribute to a stress free lifestyle- all levels.

Group Q&A where you can ask all those questions that have come up during the day

A week’s stress free menu planner and recipes, a summary tip sheet, your own self-care plan and a new found sense of calm resolve.

Our lovingly curated Stress Free Goodie Bag full of incredible treats!

We’ll take you there…

For Stressed out Londoners we have transport provided with a central pick-up in Chiswick W4. Our Stress free coach will transport you magically to our beautiful seaside retreat for the day where you can hear the sound of the waves and enjoy your break time paddling in the water, and then when the day is over it will whisk you up and take you home.
