As the title suggests this class focuses on technique, so it is ideal for prehab, rehab and anyone who wants an effective workout. An ideal starting point for beginners as well as a great way to get to grips with the exercises and learn more about how your body moves. It works really well for those that would like to perfect their knowledge and refine their technique. This class will increase your core strength, stamina, balance, joint mobility, flexibility and mind/body awareness of movement, with an emphasis on the core so if you’re looking for a core-focused evening class this is for you!
