Previous subjects include Weight loss, Balancing your hormones and combatting the effects of the menopause, Detoxification, revitalisation and renewal for the New Year.
We team up with local wellbeing suppliers to bring you the best products available in these workshops, and have been sponsored by As Nature Intended, Tri Dosha, PAI and Westlab to name but a few.
