After extensive research into potential suppliers, I decided to select Teemill as my supplier. What I liked about them was their ethos about sustainability, organic materials and having a circular supply chain, so that products can be returned and remade into new ones once they’re worn out, keeping materials out of landfill and in the loop.

Equipment is an important part of my repertoire and so I want to make sure I recommend the most appropriate and affordable equipment.

Core Balance Pilates Mat

Pilates Balance Ball

Perfect for improving your alignment and posture during Pilates, this Small Pilates Ball is inflatable to a size of 20cm to 23cm as per your requirements. Also, it can be used partially or fully inflated to add instability to crunches and other exercises, making it a great way to challenge and strengthen your core.

Pilates Magic Circle Ring

Exercise rings are commonly used in Pilates to add intensity to floor exercises. Pilates Rings are used to speed up toning by targeting specific muscles. Useful in problem areas like the inner and outer thighs, upper arms, the chest and even the pelvic muscles.
