WAYS TO WORKOUT WITH ME - PLAYLISTS
Below you will find my YouTube playlists organised into logical steps for you to follow.

If you are brand new to Pilates, the best place to start is my Pilates Foundation Course.

If you are already practising Pilates, why not hop straight onto the 30 day Challenge Programme.
If you’ve got a lot of Pilates experience, then choose the more athletic Intermediate Course.
If you simply want a workout that will fit in with the time you have available, then you can choose between the 10- 20 minute playlist and the 25-40 minute playlist.
Alternatively, you may be looking for Pilates exercises to help you for a specific reason - you want senior-focused training, you need rehabilitation exercises for an injury, or Pilates sessions to help you manage an ongoing medical condition. These are under Specialist Courses below.

BEGINNER PILATES
Welcome to the World of Pilates
If you are new to Pilates, the best place to begin is with my Beginner Pilates Programme. These sessions introduce the foundations of Pilates, including posture, breathing and simple movements that will help you build strength, balance and confidence. It is a gentle way to start your Pilates journey and gives you the time to learn at your own pace. Beginning here will give you the confidence to move on to more varied classes when you are ready.

INTERMEDIATE PILATES
Moving On in Your Practice
If you’re confident with the beginner sessions and ready for more, move on to Intermediate Pilates. You’ll find a range of classes designed to help you build strength, stamina and control while exploring new challenges at your own pace.

You can also choose classes by time, from shorter 10–20 minute workouts to longer 25–40 minute sessions, so your Pilates practice can easily fit around your day.

SENIOR PILATES
Pilates for Older Adults
If you are looking for gentle, senior-friendly Pilates sessions, try Pilates for Seniors. These classes focus on strength, balance and mobility, helping you move comfortably and confidently. They’re ideal if you’re returning to exercise, managing joint issues or simply want to move in a way that feels good for your body.

SPECIALIST SESSIONS
These are just a few of the more specialist playlists I offer. Ideal if you have a particular preference or need with your movement practice. From targeted classes for active ageing, rehabilitation sessions for injuries, postural correction or workouts to help you manage an ongoing medical condition. Do check the channel for the full selection.

Standing Workouts Only
This playlist is all standing workouts that range from Pilates, functional movement, stretches and flexibility work to ballet inspired barre classes created from my many years training as a dancer.
They are excellent for strengthening the legs, glutes, back and core and perfect if you prefer to do all your workouts standing.
I would, however recommend combining these sessions with mat routines as the mix of the two is an ideal way to maintain all round fitness, strength, mobility and flexibility.

Pilates for Bad Knees, Injuries & Medical Conditions
Here you will find videos that I have made to help manage either an ongoing medical condition or an acute injury.
Some of the examples of sessions I have are for Painful knees, Pelvic Floor Health, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Back Pain, Hip Pain and Hip Replacement, Shoulder Injuries and so on.
The list is growing so if you don't see what you want here do let me know in the comments as I have an ongoing list of requests I work from when I'm making new videos.
Exercise is so good for your body and no matter what your condition or injury there is always a way for you to move in order to feel better in mind and body.

Rachel is a deeply knowledgeable, generous, and committed pilates teacher who inspires and encourages a sustainable pilates practice. So grateful - Gillian
