Following these playlists in order will be a perfect introduction to Pilates if you have little or no experience. This beginner-friendly series of Pilates workouts focuses on building strength, balance and core stability on the mat. It is also a great place to come back to if you feel you have moved too quickly and need to reset, or if there has been a long period of time with no practice at all.

Beginners Foundation Course - Day 1 - 7
New to Pilates? Then whatever your fitness experience this is the place to start your Pilates journey. I have curated the 7 most effective equipment-free Beginner Pilates classes and sessions from my YouTube library to give you the best possible start to your new Pilates lifestyle. Click the button above to go straight to YouTube, or you can keep this tab open and play the workout videos below.
Be sure to do all the sessions in order to gain the maximum benefit. You will be learning correct placement of the body, the breathing technique and the traditional Pilates moves and exercises. This is the time to be patient and allow yourself the opportunity to learn and grow.
Once you have completed the sessions you'll be able to choose with confidence what you feel is the next step for you. If you are over 65 and/ or have a medical condition please refer to either my Seniors Playlist or my Pilates for Medical Conditions and Injuries to start your journey. Rest assured there is a starting point for everyone so if in any doubt do pop me a message.
These beginner-friendly Pilates classes are designed to be followed at home, giving you the flexibility to practice at your own pace. As your teacher, I will guide you clearly through each exercise to help you build strength and confidence.
