We are delighted to offer you a dedicated place where you can enjoy your Pilates fitness in a supportive and encouraging environment alongside like-minded individuals.
Our classes are designed to help you enjoy later life with a healthy mind and body. It's not about how you look, it's all about how you feel. Working at a slow and steady pace to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable experience, these sessions will introduce you to all the benefits of Pilates, both standing and on the mat, whilst taking into account your age and stage of life.
They are fun, functional and feel-good. And with regular practice, they will enhance your strength, balance, mobility and flexibility.
