We are delighted to offer you a dedicated place where you can enjoy pilates classes in a supportive and encouraging environment alongside like-minded individuals.

These sessions introduce gentle pilates exercises for seniors, both standing and on a pilates mat, while taking into account your age, mobility, and stage of life. Our aim is to help you move with confidence and feel stronger in your everyday activities.
