​Everyone can benefit from Pilates, and with my expertise, you'll learn how to make it work for you. As a highly qualified Pilates Teacher with an extensive education in the biomechanics of the body and a lifetime of movement skills and practice, I can help you.
You may be beginning your fitness journey, experienced but looking to expand your knowledge, returning to fitness after a life change, or living with an injury or a diagnosis of chronic disease. Whatever your experience level, I can offer you a kinder, more compassionate way to get fit with no guilt, no judgment, and great results.

THE POWER OF PILATES
Pilates, developed by Joseph Pilates, is for everyone: women, men, and seniors, at any age and stage of life. It is a gentle but powerful way to stay mobile, balanced, and confident as the years go by. Each class is a full-body workout, using your own body weight for resistance. You don’t need a gym, just a Pilates mat, and while many train in Pilates studios, my online classes and YouTube channel bring Pilates straight to your home.
