Pilates Circuit - Level 2 & 3

Venue - The Hayloft, 3 Bond St, London W4 1QZ

This class is for fitness fans who want to try something new whilst keeping with the principles of Pilates movement. Created by Rachel, the class will feature different pieces of small equipment such as the foam roller, Pilates circle, sliders, small overball and resistance band.  Class participants will get the opportunity to try them all and build, strength, technique and muscle tone whilst also enjoying the camaraderie of working in a small group setting. This class will be charged the same as a group class but limited to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure everyone gets plenty of attention and personal feedback.
