Quick Question, have you ever tested your Vitamin D levels?
A lack of Vitamin D can show up as tiredness, general aches and pains, muscle fatigue and weakness and, as one gets older a continued lack can lead to weaker bones with a risk of bone pain and increased risk of fractures. It can also lead to an increased risk of infection as Vitamin D helps the body produce natural antibiotics. I highly recommend getting yourself a home testing kit to check. I did my own recently and found I was on the borderline so I'll be taking Vitamin D until the summer on the advice of my clinical nutritionist. Those of us especially who live in a colder climate, or are not out in the sun daily are more likely to be deficient. But either way it's good to check, just to be sure and it can make a huge difference to your wellbeing. A simple finger prick test is enough to find out generally where you stand then you can take it from there. You'll find a below a link to some tester options for you and a link to the Vitamin D spray my nutritionist recommended to use. Very simple, 3 pumps inside your cheek per day.
