Join my 7 Day Pilates Challenge for 2026

Hello my friends and a Very Happy New Year!


We’re beginning this January with a 7-Day Pilates Challenge 🤍 The challenge is simple, just show up for yourself each day and do 20 minutes of movement with me. Using kindness, encouragement and gentle movements to refresh your memory, renew or introduce you to pilates practice and, most importantly, show you that a challenge doesn't have to be scary or difficult- this one is to encourage you to create a healthy exercise habit this year.


To ease into it together, we’ll start with a gentle prep session followed by 20 minutes a day for 7 days. If you want to join live, it begins on Monday, January 5th and will run every day for 7 days with a Pilates theme for each day, designed to help you understand the power of this movement method and give you you a great foundaton for your practice.

This is an invitation to move with care, build consistency without pressure, and begin the year in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding.


You’re welcome to join from the prep session, start on Day 1, or drop in whenever it feels right for you, there is no pressure to start on any given day , just decide what is right for you.


All sessions will be available for you to return to in your own time.


This challenge is here to support you — not to ask more of you.
